And then we migrated South

Since Jon has to go away for the month of August; and unfortunately the world and Brittany's work doesn't stop for his absence, Natalie, Roscoe and I packed up and headed South to enjoy time with family.

Natalie is busy crawling EVERY WHERE she wants to go now with little slowing her down.


Our first weekend in NC we headed down to the beach with Mom, Shannon and Leslie to join Aunt Crystal, Jennifer and Graham for some fun and relaxation.  We had a great time and braved the triple digit temperatures for some fun in the sand.



While we were there Shannon gave Natalie a pedicure.  I can't think of anything more adorable than tiny, pink toes - and this just goes to show you that with hands that steady, Shannon should have been a brain surgeon.



We, of course, did a little shopping and found some adorable outfits for Natalie and her baby cousin due in November.  It was a wonderful trip!

    You can really see Natalie's insomnia from the beach in her eyes in the first photo. So glad that she has decided that sleep is important again. I LOVE the bottom photo of the two of you - what a beautiful shot!
