Thanksgiving with the Thomas Family

Thanks to a certain little lady Grab, we decided to head down to NC for Thanksgiving with the Thomas/Grab crowd.  Traffic was as expected (read: horrible) but the trip was completely worth it.  We enjoyed visiting with the family and even got to have an early Christmas celebration with Mamaw and Papaw!

Natalie was okay with Katherine - as long as I wasn't holding her, but she really enjoyed playing with her other baby-buddies while we were there.  She clearly was enjoying her play time with Graham Paul Thomas here! :)

Thank goodness she doesn't need glasses yet - but its good to know that Garrett's frames look nice on Natalie's face if/when the time comes.

After Thanksgiving (and some seriously last minute Black Friday shopping) we all gathered at Mom and Dad's to open our stockings for each other.  Natalie is so blessed to have such a wonderful family and so many nice things.  However she's not so into the present thing yet.  She mostly just enjoyed climbing over and in her car seat.  But we are very thankful for all the nice things she, Jon and I got this year.

Natalie's hair, as it grows gets more and more unruly - so Mamaw got her a hairbrush and comb for her stocking.  2012 is going to be a great hair YEAR for Natalie. Thanks Mamaw!

Aunt Shanny bought Natalie and Katherine matching sleepers for Christmas.  FROGS! :)  They were so cute!

We had a wonderful trip home and a nice visit with so many of our family that we don't get to see.  Thanks to Aunt Leslie & Uncle Josh for hosting Thanksgiving and for Mamaw and Papaw for their hospitality.
