Play date with our oldest friend

We had a very nice surprise this weekend, Natalie's oldest friend (I get the irony here since she's only 2 years and 3 months old) asked to come over and visit for a few hours on Saturday.

Mya and Natalie started at Ms. Debbie's daycare about 2 months apart when they were only 3 months old.  They have practically grown up (so far) together.  Since Natalie moved to the new daycare we haven't had much opportunity to visit with Mya so when they opportunity presented itself, we were thrilled to host her!

When Mya arrived Natalie came running around the driveway to meet her at the car and they both just grinned when they saw each other.  Once Mya was out of the car they shared a BIG hug and then held hands for at least the next 10 minutes.  It was so adorable!

It was such a fun day seeing these two friends play together again.  It was like no time had passed at all.  And just like they busy girls they are there were no naps but I know Mya was OUT before Tawana could get her home and Natalie told me at 7:30 to (and I quote) "Put this sweet girl in the bed.  She's a tired girl".

It was a good day indeed!
